Smoke Signals

Turning fine cigars into ash since 1985

The Pyro Collection

I received a very generous sampling of cigars from Pyro Cigars a few months ago.  I had them resting in one of my humidors for a bit so they would recover from their journey.

All of the cigars I received had Dominican binders and fillers. They had either a Sumatran or Connecticut wrapper. They came in various lengths and ring gauges.

All of the cigars were constructed well. They burned evenly also. As far as a flavor profile goes, I felt these were all very one-dimensional. Nothing really stuck out for me.

On a scale of one to ten, I would give them all a five. These would be good yard or golf cigars. These might also be good for someone who does not smoke cigars often as they are relatively mild.

Keep these in a mooch-idor for all your poker buddies who don’t really smoke cigars, so they will leave all your good stuff alone.
